Recent LUDs on already approved cases...

Hi Folks,

I am seeing LUDs on my cases which got approved sometime a year back or so. Here is the detail:

I-140 (approved in April, 2006) - LUD on 12/30/2007
I-131 (approved in April, 2006) - LUD on 12/30/2007
I-131 (renewed AP, approved in Mar, 2007) - LUD on 1/27/2008

Did you guys experience the same? Please share your experiences? Is it some automated process/batch job or what?

Got another LUD on my I-485

Hi Guys,

I got another LUD on my I-485 on 2/3/2008 but there is no status change, so it can be called as "Soft LUD".

I also got FP notice in Feb, 2008 after I applied my 2nd EAD renewal in Jan, 2008. I have already applied for 2nd renewal of my AP in Jan, 2008.

Has anybody experienced the same in his/her case? Please share.

Or is it standard/normal process of progress?
