Do we need DL and i-140 for EAD renewel

Hi Guys

This time I plan to do 3rd EAD renewel for me and spouse myself Don't want to pay extra 250 bucks to lawyer

My spouse does not have a Driving Licence? and I-140 receipt is with the lawyer, he does not give even a copy? He wants me to file thro him.

I plan to attach the following for me and wife:
Copy of I-94
Current EAD copoy
My DL but not spouse's
Copy of I-485 receipt
Copy of passport (4 pages)


Will it do?

Why don't you check the INS website! It gives you all the inof you need. it takes you just 1/2 hr to finish everything. be careful that you need to send the portion of your current EAD card as it serves as a basis foryour renewal. my 2 cents.
