Hi,
Is there an AP tracker...anyone knows what was the most recent
AP approval ?

I got my AP Approval email yesterday - January 30th 2006. My AP and EAD were filed at CSC on Nov 17th 2005. No news about EAD yet.

Thanks CSC1975...your case seems to be an exact replica
of mine, except that I don't have any approvals :)

It's good to know they approved a Nov17 case, hopefully I should
have my AP approved soon...
 
hallelujah!! Just got the AP approval email.
So looks like they are around the Nov 17-20 date.

Anyone received AP approval from from CSC recently? looks like they are really slow approving AP recently.

I just got emails with the good news. My wife's and my AP were approved. Details are:

Receipt Date: 9th Dec, 2005
Approval Date: Feb 11th, 2006

Thanks very much for sharing the good news. Is it a new AP or renewal? i assume your AP is approved from CSC.

My AP receipt date is 12/21/2005.

Does it matter if its a renewal or a first time application. Does it take longer for a first time application? My EAD RD is Dec 8th '05 at CSC and I haven't received any LUD's or approvals yet.
 
Advance parole

Hello All,

Concepts about re-entry using advance paraole is clear. My only question is while checking out of US...how do you show that you are intending to return on AP or valid H1B visa...after all the airlines takes I-94 card from you. Does that mean you have the choice of both and decide about it while re-entring?

AP approved today

I just received an email saying my AP has been approved.

Approval Date: 02/16/2006
 
I applied paper based EAD for me and wife. Received Date was 14-Nov-05. My wife's EAD card was aprroved and we received it on 2-Feb-06. I received my card on 16-Feb-06.

Since my previous EAD expired on 9-Feb-06, i had taken interim EAD and that is valid for 9 months.
--
In my case, i noticed,
They are issuing EAD with starting dates that are just after the expiry date of the previous EAD card, even if the card is issued before the current one expires or issued after the expiry date of previous one.

Just sharing info, that may be useful to some.

Hello ToughGc,

Can you pls go through your AP and give your feedback as the AP got a new look just wanted to compare with mine approved in Jan 2006...focus in the beginning it says this statement is a new one in 512L form earlier it was 512 and of course there are additional clauses below.

THE BEARER DEPARTED THE UNITED STATES AND INTENDS TO RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES TO RESUME PROCESSING OF THE ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS APPLICATION
