Recent approvals are all EB1/2?

From the summary, it appears recent approvals are either
EB1/2 or non-specified. Isn\'t true that recent approvals
are mostly EB2 and above, and INS is still holding EB3
cases for Apr/May RD?

EB3 was current only in july...not many EB3 guys before that.

EB3 dates became current only on July 2001

EB3 dates became current only on July 2001. You should be able to see EB3 approvals once July RD\'s started getting approved. This is my guess.

I agree with the both of you, julyrd and jrrashok. Whatever few EB3 cases...

were mailed in March/April/May/June would have to have really old PD\'s. Since the percentage of EB3\'s before JULY is so small compared to EB2, it is expected that you would see a preponderance of EB2 approvals until you hit JULY RD cases.

another question, at 485 stage, will EB2 has priority over
EB3 or all catagories are treated equally?
