Received Ticket Selling Cigarette to under age - Question on Citizenship Application

I had a ticket received little over 5 years ago for selling cigarette to under age. I had to go to court and the Judge dismissed the charge with minimum fine. I am in process to preparing the application for citizenship now. I have little confusion on moral character questions from 15 thru 18 as what should I answer on each (YES or NO). Also do I need to have any documentation from the court. I currently do not have any doc.

Please help me sort it out.

Answer according to if you were arrested, charged, and/or convicted. Since it falls outside statutory period, it's unlikely IO will ask for court documents.
