Received the 3rd FP notice

My family and I just came back from ASC for our 3rd FP, Code 1. Maybe there is another long wait ahead of us with no end in sight.

What do you mean? Is your NC cleared?

I have no idea about our current NC clearance status, but I do know that our NC were stuck as of 12/18/2006. My attorney made an inquiry on 01/03/2007, but has not got any response from CIS yet.
