Received Second FP

Good to know that you got your second FP. I think i am the only one left out:) Let me wait and see for few more days.

Usually you also get a copy of FP notice did you get it ? and has the website(online status or AVM ) updated.

Mine is early december and still waiting for RFE/econd FP :(

Also do we get a copy of Second FP or it goes to our attorney only

Did early FP today at San Jose ASC....No problems....

No the online status did not change for my case....
My lawyer receive
My ASC was SFO but I Did early FP today at San Jose ASC....No problems....

Online message to processing resumed within 2 days...Did FP on 6th Jan and the new message is

"On January 8, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

I hope the really do resume some processing...The last message sat like this for 2 years....:rolleyes: :confused: :eek:
