Received second FP notice

Fellow forum members!
After 2 reminders by fax and letter to TSC and Calling the 800 number my lawyer finally received a faxed notice for my 2nd FP. First FP expired July 03.
I was waiting for this as my RFE was acknowledged on 3/22/04 and nothing seemed to happen.
I guess it helps to be proactiive and keep sending them reminders.

Approval when?????????????? :confused:

Nice to see that your case is about to be approved. Since your's is one of the oldest case, hope you get your approval soon.

Congrats. It may still take about 6-7 weeks for approval (in my case). I do agree that being proactive helps, especially if your RD is past the processing time. best of luck.

RD/ND: 4/2001
1st FP: 6/2002
rfe: 2/2004
RFE received: 3/2004
2nd FP: 3/2004 (sent to nebraska)
AD: 5/2004.
