Received RFE with expired FP (strange)

I've been waiting for 2nd FP, but this week end I received an RFE. I thought that an RFE was issued only when a case was near adjudication. I responded to the RFE immediately as It was asking for the Visa screen certificate (I applied as a Registered Nurse).

1st FP: Nov 2002
RFE generated: 02/07/2005
RFE received: 02/10/2005
RFE response: 02/11/2005

What's next? will my case be transferred for interview or will I get a second RFE?

I got Rfe after my FP had expired and its more than 6 months now nd havent heard anything abt it till now.....

received 2nd FP today, will do early FP tomorrow 02/18/2005. hope to get approved pretty soon
