Received RFE regarding Ability to Pay, 2003 tax return

My lawyer received RFE of I-140 for three items.

1. Ability to Pay:
Submit signed and dated copies of the U.S. Company¡¯s federal income tax returns. Include all forms, required schedules and statements as appropriate, for years 2001-2003.
2. Beneficiary¡¯s W-2 Form:
3. Business Licenses:

Due date for documents is May 19 after usual tax return.
My parent company (300 employees) will do tax return for my company (15 employees).
If they decide late return for 2003 such as August, what should I do about this tax return documents?
I appreciate your experienced advice.

Online status says, they have sent RFE on 03/02/04 for me too. Not sure what's this RFE about.

ND: 01/14/2004
RFE on 140: 03/02/2004

If your company chooses to file its return in August it would have sent a letter to IRS about it. Attach a copy of that letter.

Also specify that your company is a subsidiary / sister concern of the parent firm.
