Received RFE on I-485 while NIW I-140 is pending.....anyone seen this before?

Hi everyone,

This morning I received an email from USCIS saying they sent an RFE on my I-485 (also LUD change to 2/26/07 on their website). However, my NIW I-140 is still pending and no LUD change at all since 7/29/06. Does this suggest the RFE on my I-140 is also coming ? Thank you for sharing your opinion in advance!
(By the way, I did concurrent filing on I-140 and I-485).

NO big deal. It IS technically possible if they want somethign which you havent submitted along with application and they realised it now.
FOr example in my case they asked me to fill ETA-705B form since NIW means you are asking for waiver of labor requirments. Most probably they will also ask for form ETA-750B from you and once you fill that you will get approved. Good Luck.

It may mean that the I-140 is ready to be approved and they had done in past and approved both petitions together.

Thank you to both of you! I really hope there is nothing serious - I submitted everything (ETA-750B, birth certificate, medical exam, etc.) at the beginning, and that's why I am wondering what else they want ......
