Received RFE, Can i send job offer and invoke AC21

Experts, please help.

I was working for GC sponsoring company A.
They filed I140 and I485 and after 180 days owner transfered me to another his compay B where I work now(never filed AC21). During this period of time i was working with the same client company C.

Company C is willing to employ me directly.

Now my PD is current and i got RFE:

You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended employer, describing your present job duties and possition in the organization, your proffered position (if different from your current one), the date you begun employment and the offered salary or wage.....


Can i send job offer letter from company C?
What other documents should i send along?

If C is your intended permanent employer, then by all means. You may want to enclose a paystub or two to provide added evidence of the wage.

But i have another couple questions:

Wouldn't it be suspicious for them if i change jobs right after RFE?

Is it possible that CRIS would ask for W2s/Paystubs for the period of time when i worked in company B?
