Received Plastic cards on 7/23 stamped on 5/25

Hello,
    I got my plastic cards yesterday (7/23). My passport was stamped at Philly on 5/25. AVM says that they have ordered cards on 7/18. The cards are very cute. Thanks to every one. EB2 RIR, INDIA, PD 4/99, ND 3/00, AD 5/17.

Do you think 2 months is the normal time for plastic card arrival for those who got there passport stamped at Philly?

    I think we can guess now. Yes you may get it in 2 months after stamping. When did you get stamped.
