Hello All,
I am happy to share my experience. I just got my physical green card by mail today i.e July-14-2005. Here are the details.

Receipt Date:I485 - Feb-26-2004
Biometrics: category 3 - April-22-2005
Approval Date: I485 - June-24-2005
NO PP stamping.
Card Ordered - July -07-2005
Card Mailed by INS - July-12-2005
Card Received - July-14-2005.

When did you receive your Approval letter ? Is there any particular reason why you din't go to PP samping?

The case is approved. No further action is required. We will send you another notice for Biometrics or your card will be mailed directly.

Since I already finished my biometrics I received my card directly after two LUD changes about ordering the card and mailing the card.
