Received Physical GC for me but what about my wife?

Received Physical GC for me but what about my wife? Yes guys they again messed up...

They sent out my wife's GC on 2nd September 2004, still haven't received it.

They sent out MY GC on 10th September 2004, received it yesterday.

This has happened even after talking to them last week of July to verify correct address for my wife, and also received the letter from BSCIS in 2nd week of August to confirm the correct address.

Now what should I do?

Breaking my head with the walls or any other good suggestion to deal with the WORST GOVT DEPT OF WORLD. :mad:

The problem is I am moving to the new place at the end of this weekend, really don't know how to deal with these Bas*****s

Dil pe mat le yaar, everything will be alright, sometimes they mess up it goes back to them and then come back with the correct address, happened with me for FP letters.
 
Update:

Called Customer service number today on 15th day (As there website instruct) after not receiving the card for my wife... I was told to call after 30 days...

Asked, Can you tell me at what address you guys have sent the card? answer was NO, we don't have access to your records.

I don't know what kind of sh*t they are running there?

I guess no other way except waiting... for October 2nd now.

Guys, can you please share your experiences if anyone has been in similar situation.

Call again the NCS number and just verify your mailing address. Don't ask anything about your plastic card.

Hi Sam .. I think you are correct ..

What you typed is correct 'Wifes' but 'Spouse' would have been a better choice of word.
The guys that are making fun of you are confused between "wife's " and "wives" ..
so they are at error and not you ..

Hope you get this issue regarding your spouse’s green card resolved soon..

Fill and send G-731V (Inquiry About Status of I-551 Alien Registration Card) to VSC for your spouse.
