Hi Guys,
Today I received my Oath Letter in the mail. The strange thing is that my spouse's letter did not come at the same time. Now in the grand scheme of things, I know that this is fairly normal, however it was my case which was more complicated than my spouse's. I had left my GC employer 3 months after my GC was approved and did not have that year's tax return when the DO asked for it (though I did have the termination letter and the remaining 4 years' tax returns).
My interviewing DO had mentioned to me that I should expect my Oath Letter within 90 days. My spouse's application on the other hand was very simple and her interview was also done much quicker than mine. Her DO had mentioned that she should expect her letter in 2 weeks. In most cases I have heard, the married non-working spouse usually receives the Oath Letter before the working spouse. We were really looking forward to getting both letters on the same date. I hope we get hers in the mail in the next day or two.
Here is our timeline:

Interview Date: 7/18/2007
Oath Letter Date: 7/27/2007
Oath Appt Date: 8/17/2007
I have a few questions about the N-445 - Oath Letter:
Thanks for your help in advance, and GOOD LUCK to everyone who is waiting patiently for their applicable dates. I will post my oath experience once I am done.

I have a few questions about the N-445 - Oath Letter:
- Do we answer all the questions on the reverse side at the time of the oath and sign it then or do we do it now (before the oath ceremony)?
- By Re-Entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document, do they mean the Advanced Parole Authorization document we received when we applied for our GCs?
- By requesting "any immgration documents you may have", how far back do they want to go? From our earliest H-1, etc? or just from the time of the GC application?
Thanks for your help in advance, and GOOD LUCK to everyone who is waiting patiently for their applicable dates. I will post my oath experience once I am done.
