Received Notice of Action letter but can not find my case

I received the NOA letter. But when I entered the application number into
USCIS online status checking system or their phone system, it says
"it can not be found".

Is thyat odd? I would believe they should enter a case into that system first
before they can send out the NOA letter. NOA was sent from Missori
so that it should already be in their computer system

By the way, how do I add those dates as my signature?
 
Patience, happens to most. Give it a week or two and then forget about it, because the status will never update/advance.

Check cashed yesterday 02/09/2009. and this morning online and phone
status check give following: (I sent to Texas service center)

On February 3, 2009, we received this N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I registered - never got an email or change of status and so did a lot of people here.
The notice I got had the same text.
 
for Signature:

On top right of the page click on our username (WBH)
in your profile, on the top left there is a link user CP click on it
On the left there is a menu, User Control Panel, under that there is a section called Settings and Options and link Edit Signature click on it and you should be able to create your signature.
 
The online case status does not update at all. I am now a US citizen but the case status is still the same "Case Received and Pending."

So its only use is to change "No such case found" to "Case Received and Pending"?
