Sent I-130 for parents who live overseas on the 24th of June, recieved NOA today for both mom & dad with received date 6/27/05 and notice date 6/29/05, however both of the NOA missing PD. Is this normal for I-130 (Filed based on Parent of USC)?
the NOAs doesnt say anything about missing any documents as some one here said earlier that I had to send parents birth certificate and I didnt send them. I guess INS didnt need them for the I-130 processing.

What you have receved is an acknowledgement that your check and application was received and you send them the correct filing fees. The priority date is the "Receipt Date". If you did not send the birth certificate, they will ask your for a RFE (Request for Further Evidence) once they start processing your application.
