I'm waiting for that RFE letter. I have received my card before I received any formal letter from USCIS.

EB-1(OR) CSC (India)
I-140 ND: 08/06/2004
I-140 AD: 03/24/2005
I-485 ND: 05/24/2005
Biometrics: 09/28/2005
Sent an email to Officer Cruz: 03/25/2006
Received Reply from Cruz: 04/10/2006 (All check are cleared and visa was avaiable)
Received another mail from Officer Cruz: 04/18/2006 (Case was approved)
I-485 AD: 04/18/2006
Card Received on: 04/24/2006
 
Congratulations nivasvs, enjoy your freedom. It is very frustrating process. My case is similar to yours with earlier filing and I-140 approval date. I'm still stuck in name check with no end in site. :mad:
 
Same here pacman

This is 1st thread I've ever seen on EB-1(OR) at CSC. :)

I'm also stuck in the name check and I'm not from retrogressed countries.

Are you affected by retrogression, pacman ?

Good to hear. I also got the maill notification for I485.

Can you let me know what happens after I485 approval. Do I need to do anything? I had my FP and photo taken last year.

I received my card one week after the approval. BTW, I haven't received my I-485 approval letter so far!!!!
