received multiple copies of RFI

I received 6 copies of the same RFI - For the 7 days, I have been recieving a copy of the same letter requesting Biography update and medical per day. I replied to the first 2 and then pilled the rest. Has anyone else had this experience?

CIS has automatic mailing machines which prints a letter, folds it, put it in an envelop and mails it automatically. It might be stuck in a loop. Just follow instructions and disregard the rest of the letters.
