Received million dollar email

This morning checked my email-guess what. My I-485 approved. :) :)

Here are the details-

concurrent filing-I-140 / I-485-ND April 21/03
Finger print done on june 13/03
2 EAD's and 1 AP
Sent couple of faxes to TSC for speedy processing as finger print expiring soon-Got denial letter -on july 23/04
Stop sending faxes - got scared.
Lawyer sent enquiry-on july 23/03-No reply
Contacted congressman-couple weeks ago-got reply your case will be processed when I-485 processing date become current.
today got email case approved on august 19/04

Congratulations ! Is the FP expiration is counted based on the date you did FP or the date INS receive FP? Did you also send expedite request in regular mail? Is your AC21 or did you file AR-11 recently?

My dates(ND &FP) are very close to your dates. My 140&485 still pending.

Did your 140&485 approved on same day?
