Received letter from DHL USCIS for I - 751

Hello,

I received letter from USCIS DHL to file for I - 751.
I still have more than 90 days before my conditional GC expires. I read on internet that i must not file earlier than last 90 days before my conditional GC expires. Is this true ?

Also, Should i get fingerprint card from USCIS office first and attach with application or i should just send application with supporting document and USCIS will call me for fingerprints ?

What supporting documents do i need ?
What is the average time taking for people to get 10 year GC after sending application ? What happens if USCIS does not send 10 year GC before conditional GC expires? do i have to quit working and wait for 10 year GC ?
 
You have to apply within that 90 day period....you can t do it earlier.
You cant take an appt. for FP before...once you send in form I751,you will recieve a NOA ( notice of application) from USCIS and a few days later,a FP appt. notice.
Send all the docs. that you have to prove you are still married and living together.Go to te USCIS website to get a list of all that u need.

You will get an extension for 1 yr when you get your NOA so even if your conditional GC expires,your status is still valid.
