Guys,

I have received interview letter from Boston INS office. My case transferred on sept 15, got interview letter in last week.
Interview is scheduled to be in Feb first week and FP(2nd) in second week of January, 2004.

They asked me to bring All original docs, passsport, i-94, medical report if not submitted before and my qualifications for PR. And ofcourse updated empl. letter.

What do you think of "all original docs and qualifications for PR " mean. Any idea. If any body has/had same situation, please share what they mean and what to bring.

Thanks

do you know why your case is tranferred? That's scary. Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan. That's 5 months waiting again at Boston. What's your RD

Hi,

I had the same exact message in my interview letter. It does not mean anything specific. Take all the original documents and a photocopy of it. Take your I-140 approval notice (original and photocopy). Check the thread I started in the I-485 transfer in VSC section. Also please provide all your relevant details like PD,RD etc. , and from where you filed initially and which state you are staying in now so that I can update the spreadsheet in the thread :
