Hello Guys

I have some gr8 news to share with you all...... Got my GC approved yesterday 09/29/04 at Newark local office after a 5 minute persona interview for both me and my wife.....

Our case was transfered to Newark local office ......

Total Processing time is exactly 5 months 29 days....... from notice date of 485 to date of Stamping.....

Hi NJ_VIJ,

When ur case approved..did the online status changed to approved or still it says..case is transferred to local office. We have got our case approved march 2004. My wife reced her card in less than 3 weeks. I am waiting for my card. Last week enquired, they sent a request n said..it will take 4 weeks for the card to come. My online status still says..case is transferred..to local office.

Today only I received my Welcome letter but online status still shows that "Received finger prints for review....",.
