Received FP, RD 07/27/99, ND 08/09/99, Problems detected in the FP Notice

Received FP notice from VSC yesterday, we noticed that it had
2 problems, my husband\'s last name has a typo,
And the FBI office address in which he is supposed to give his
FP is located in the wrong city.
We live in Atlanta, my husbands company\'s main office is located in New Jersey and our lawyer\'s office is located in New York.
My notice says that I need to go to the FBI office located in Atlanta, but my husbands notice has the address of FBI Office located in New York.
We are confused about the whole situation, what are we supposed to do?

The last name typo itself is a show stopper since the FP guys check the name thoroughly.
I would advise you to contact VSC for both name change for your husband as well as center change in one shot and save several months in the long run! (Especially if Atlanta is electronic FP, then it is worth the wait since approvals are sent back to INS in 1 day!!).
