Received FP notice

Did you check with your lawyer whether he received a copy of your FP notice.
I happened to me, my wife did not receive her notice, we took a copy from our lawyer and we did it.
If your lawyer did not receive the notice? You may want to go along with your wife and request the ASC to do your Fp too. I have heard few people were successful in doing so.

Even I have the same problem. I got the FP but my wife hasn't. Called TSC, they said they will send notice to my wife soon ( How soon...?!!) and also she said that my wife cannot give her FPs without a notice from them but we decided to give a shot...I will let you guys know if we are sucessfull....

Guys, I read in this forum that at least in Tennessee, they have a system that all the people to be FPed are printed up on a list in the FP center. By god's grace if you and your spouse are both on that list it would not hurt to go together take a photo ID along and hope for the best. AT LEAST THANK GOD THAT ONE PERSON IN THE FAMILY IS MOVING ALONG THE GC ASSEMBLY LINE.

I live in Knoxville TN. I got my FP notice for 2/11/2003 on 2/10/2003. But my wife did not get one. (Has not got one till date). We both went on 2/11 to a temp FP office in Knoxville. The person there initially refused to do the FP for my wife. But later she looked up a list and took FP for my wife. I checked with FBI both our FP results have been sent to INS on 2/18.
She mentioned that they had recently started getting a list for those who need to be FP'ed. I would suggest that u definitely try your luck.
