Did you contact TSC for FP ?
TSCHelp, did you contact the TSC in anyway to get your FP or did they just send them out to you ? Also, could you post your EB category please. Thanks.
I am hoping that you say that they just sent it to you. That would mean they are moving otherwise its the same ole TSC

Received FP notice for 02/26/02 - RD 03/19/01, ND - 04/03/01
Any inputs as to what all (documents) required for FP, thanks in advance

FP Done. Did it ahead of the scheduled date
Had no problems. Explained why I would not be able to make it on my scheduled Date (March 5th) and they let me do the FP. No questions asked. Nice people down near North West Hwy and Marsh Lane Dallas.
They told me that I wont receive any notice regarding FP results. She said that if the FP was rejected, I will get a notice within 30Days to have it redone. Otherwise everything is good to go. She also said that they will not schedule an interview or make any decisions on 485, if you had not done your FP. So for folks who are still waiting more than a year, make some calls to TSC and get it done.
