Received FP Notice second time (EB2 ND10/04/99) Country India

Folks, I need your input. My details:

PD: April 1997
RD: Sep 20, 1999
ND: Oct. 4, 1999
EAC 00 002 5XXXX
EB2 India
FP done August 30, 2000
Received another notice for FP to be done at Philadelphia on March 1, 2001
Why do they want me to do another FP?. After my first FP in August 2000 I called FBI and they said it is OK.
Even my wife received the same notice. This time it is from INS Philadelphia not VSC. Any help?

Best thing for you would be to call INS and check what this means. If possible could ask your lawyer to call INS if you don\'t get any valuable details.

Your case probably would have been transferred to local INS. Local INS may not have the original FP info. Check with the INS officials of Both Center.
