RD Sep 7th ND Nov 9th.
FP 02/13/02.
 
Me too... What is the Priority Date on your FP notice?

Here\'s mine:

RD Aug 25, 2001
ND: Jan 8, 2002 (received at home Jan 12)
Place: Newark, NJ
FP Appt Date: Feb 8, 2002

 Question: The priority date is reported to be Aug 25, 2001, the same date as the I485 received date. Is this priority date for Fingerprinting or is there some mistake. For my priority date for GC processing is Sep 2000, when my labor was filed.

 What do you have reported as PD in your FP notice
 
Is there anybody waiting for FP notice with RD back from June 2001?

I\'m looking at the latest FP notice tracker and see that people with ND in November are getting notices. I have August ND and still have not heard from INS. Is there anybody out there with the similar dates or I am alone waiting for that long?

MY priority date on FP notice is the same as my RD...
I check with my lawer and was informated it is not a problem...in fact it is a common practice.. your actual PD for GC will be the the date you actually started the GC process
 
Received FP Notice RD 08/28/01 and ND 10/26/01

I received FP notice on 01/12/02 scheduled for 02/09/02
 
How will I know if INS issues FP notice

Can I check AVM to know wether INS issued the FP notice or not. My lawyer may not inform me promptly and I have change of address
