Received FP Notice from VSC

EB3 PD Oct 97, RD 09/08/99 ND 09/23/99, FP receive on 07/21/00.

FP notice has scheduled based on my old address to CA, but I have moved from CA to TX and my attorney
says I can directly go to one of the local ASC(Application Support Center). If any one of you know about this
kind of situation let me know.
