Hi,
Here are the details....

PD: 06/00, EB2 RIR India.
I-485 ND: 10/24/00, 01-015-xxxxx

Finger Print Notice received on Jan 23\'01, Appointment on March 10, 01.
March 10th happens to be a saturday. Any one else with a saturday appointment.

Heard on AVM that our EAD\'s approved on Jan 23\' 01. Card will take 100 days. We got our interim cards anyway from San Jose.

Nothing on Advance Parole yet.

Looks like the FP notices are finally beginning to roll out.

Ciba, please update my entry inyour tracking. Great job.

Can you confirm your PD is 06/00 and not 06/99? There will be no problem with
going for finger prints on a Saturday. ASC opens on Saturday.

ciba , my WAC is 01-009 , but no EAD approval and no fingerprint notice. It is case of cross-chargeability, my PD is 10/97 , but my wife\'s country is current. My I-485 notice date is 9/99 and her\'s is 10/00. We have got out AP. Seems that INS is not taking notice of the clause. Any advise is welcome
