Received EAD renewal card

I received my renewed EAD card by mail yesterday.

EAD RD: 10/10/02
EAD AD: 12/21/02
EAD received: 12/24/02

GC Boss did you apply EAD renewal yourself?

Hi,

I have applied for my EAD renewal on Nov. 12th. Did not hear anything yet from INS. So, can you please answer a few questions.

1. Did you apply EAD renewal by yourself or thru your attorney?
2. Did you get any ND? (you did not mention RD in your msg)

3. If you applied yourself -> Whats the time between the check getting cleared to the Approval Date.

I applied myself for renewal of EAD and AP..

EAD RD 12/06
EAD ND 12/11
EAD AD 12/19
EAD Received 12/21...

Isn't that fast for INS....I have the same RD and ND for AP also.. hope it gets approved soon,,,

Anyhow, good for you.

I also filed myself for the EAD renewal......

EAD RD: 11/29/02

INS cleared the check 3 weeks back but staill waiting for approval.

GC_Mongerer,

1. My attorney applied for EAD renewal.
2. My employer's sick policy is not to reveal any immigration related details to employee till its cleared and so I did not get any information till I received the card.
3. I do not know.

However, my Advance Parole was applied during the same time but it was cleared more than a month back.

EAD Approved..

I applied for my renewal on 11/12/2002 and notice date of 11/19/2002 and today web site said that it is approved and card is ordered. I dont know how many days it takes to order the card.

It takes two days for mailing the card from the time it is ordered and a week may be by the time you receive it
