Received Approval Email, CPO and now transfer(Pending)

Step1--Initial status: -- > Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.
On April 15, 2008, we transferred this I485..to TSC
Nov 9th --> Approval notice emails,, after few days received hard copy of approval, it says biometrics are missing as it is a transfer case
Nov 13th --> Gave finger prints
Dec 3rd & 4th--> Received CPO emails
Dec 4th --> Gave biometrics again as my case is missing Photo,signature and index fingure print.
Dec 4th(2.00P.M) status again changed back to Step1 status..what is happening with USCIS website.

Please let me know..if anyone has this experience..
