Received appointment letter at Indian address but doesn\'t have signature Is this normal????

CP Gurus,
I got march interview date at Mumbai. My parents got P4 along with appointment letter at Indian address. Everything looks fine except authorized signature is missing on the letter!!!! Is this normal??? Please help.....
