this is a very interesting dilemma
my wife got her physical gc back in March
recently we just received in the mail the advanced parole that we originally applied for when we applied for aos.
I tried to be proactive and apply for ap along with the i-485 so that we can at least go on vacation while we wait for the gc to be approved. As luck would have it the gc was actually approved before the ap was.
Now my question is this, what is to prevent me from taking this ap and tossing it in the trash?
Must I at least call INS before I do this?
