received 485 approval letter but not email

1st FP 02/23/05
RFP 04/11/05 requesting legal status proof
ND for receiving legal status proof:06/11/05
AD 06/20/05

I was out of the country therefore there was some delay in sending out the proof of legal status.
I haven't seen anyone here who got the letter prior to email notification, strange. Does anyone know why?

I've scheduled for passport stamping on 07/11/05 in Orlando. Can I leave the country with that stamp? I need to go for an overseas conference. I saw some ppl mentioned proof of employment and interview. Is there a seperate interview besides this scheduled passport stamping? Is proof of employment necessary? Thank you for letting me know. This BBS really helped me a lot. Thanks to all the people here over the years.

Yes, you can travel with that stamp. Make sure you take a copies of your approval. When you'll go for stamping they will take the original letters. Although copies are not required but always better.
