Received 3rd FP

Haven't been checking my case status for almost a week. When I saw the letter from INS, I thought it was an approval letter. Checked the online status and it is the same old ****ing message.

The scheduled date is 12/26/2003. I noticed that under the service center in the FP notice there is ESC mentioned. I wonder what ESC stands for.

I am also wondering what ESC is. But it seems all the new FP notices have it as the service center. Maybe it's a special department of BCIS to handle FPs.
