Receipts for 140/485 filed in December

Did anybody applied for 140/485/131/765 recently and got receipts from USCIS?
My lawyer mailed out forms on 11/28 and we still havent got any receipts. I cannot look for receipt numbers on checks, since it's been paid by lawyer and invoiced to employer.

Just wondering about any new applications mailed out around 12/1 and what is the trend :) I am not sure my application is at NSC or shipped to TSC :(

My lawyer mailed on Dec 1. I did not get the receipt yet. Did anyone get receipt around this time ?

My I-140PP/I485 applications were mailed on 11/22 and received by USCIS on 11/24. I-140 was approved very fast. The I-485 notice was received couple days ago. There is no notice for finger print yet.

My I140/485/765/131 was filed concurrently on Nov 28 with a notice date of Dec 6. I got the receipt notice for I-140 but not for 485/765/131. Did you get the receipt notices? Pl. post the details.

My spouse's case was mailed on 14 of December. RD 12/21, ND 12/29 and my lawyer received receipts on 01/03.

No. I did not receive my receipt notice yet. Is there anyting special about your "485" that you know of?

In my case I ported priority date from earlier 140. MAY BE, this is causing the delay....

According to my company's lawyers, my I140 is being processed but I485/765/131 was returned back to them by USCIS without any explanation.I am not sure what that means. Anybody in the same boat. Pl. reply.

For I-140 premium processing How do we receive receipt number from USCIS, is that via email or fax or post? and how long it takes after receiving the petition at USCIS? My I-140 & I-485 were sent on 1/19/07 via next day delivery, no receipt yet?

I received the fingerprints notice on december 7 and we did it on december 15th

My RD is Jan 4 2007 with Nebraska.But still I have not received the fingerprint notice.Is it common.Which service center your case was filed with?

My case status

EB2- Other Countries - TSC
I-140/I-485/EAD: RD 01/15, ND 01/19 LUD 01/23(When they sent FP notice)
FP notice received 01/29 for the appointment dt of 02/06
Will keep you posted.
