Receipts experience in may/june 2003.

I sent application for my wife's i-485, ead and ap on may31, 2003.
(via my lawyer).

I have not received any receipts yet. Did any one apply in this time frame and got anything from BCIS.

My checks have not been cashed yet.

It has been over 3 weeks. How you mailed it? By registered mail? Did you get back the confirmation that your documents was received by them? I got mine from BCIS by 14 days. I sent it by registered mail so I can trace that they really received it. Did you sent it to the right Service Center?

Did you put everything right? The fees? Attachment? If so, I think you might get it by this week

Yep I posted around Labor day week-end and I received receipt on June 3rd

If you check does not cash yet, it might be some problem. Ask your lawyer to check. Normally they will cash the check latest by 10 days and then you gonna get the receipt one week later.
