Hi,

If we file for an I140 petition, after approx. how many days, will we get the case number from the VSC..

If you only file I140, then about a week. Two of
the employees from my company filed I140(Will do
CP) and got it in a week. But I filed I140/I765/I485 all together on 2/25/03 and have yet to receive receipt(No checks cleared either).
