Hello All,
I have been seeing this forum for sometime and see a lot of important information here. MY case was filed with the Phili SWA on Aug 2003 and my attorney said that the case was approved and transferred to the Phili DOL in Oct/Nov 2003. When I ask them for the receipt they said that the Phili DOL does not provide any receipt numbers !
I just wanted to know if this is correct ? If not can someone please tell me how I can get this receipt number so that I can track the case. My case was filed in RIR EB2.
