receipt number not found

Guys,

I was trying to reach VSC representative to get some info on my 485. But when I enter mine and my wife's 485 receipt #, the message says that the receipt numbers are not accessible due to system unavailabilty or something like that...

I had tried 3 times in past 3 weeks and got the same message. Is this something to wrroy about ???

My 485 date is MARCH 2003 and PD is Oct 2002. Finger prints were done in Sep 2004 and name check was completed in Apr 2003 (as per FBI email) for both of us.
 
Dont worry!! May be a temporary Glitch

Happened to me too!! Tried it the next day and it was fine. I would not worry about it too much..The phone system does have its share of problem just like everything else in this long process.

Problem still exists

I am still having the problem in accessing my receipt #
It says "due to temporary problem with system they cannot access my info, please call at a later time...... "

any thoughts on this ???

Don't worry. It has something to do with the system. I had the same problem woith my case and tried many times. I spoke to a VCS rep and she confirmed that the case info was correct.

you should try to speak to them to confirm all is good.

How do I reach the cust rep ?? using a diff receipt #.. bcoz it is not allowing me to reach cust rep using mine and my wife's 485 receipt numbers ?
