Receipt notices

Hi,
It's been over two weeks since I filed my GC application with VSC. Haven't heard anything about the receipt notices. Lawyers office did not receive anything as of lastweek. They mailed all the checks. Therefore I cannot track them based on the checks. Is there any other way to know about the receipt notices.

Normally, how long do you guys wait after it has been received by the VSC center. I mean how many working days after it is received by the VSC. Please let me know asap.

Have you used your personal checks for USCIS fee ? if you did then please check in your bank account whether checks cleared or not ? if they are, then you can see EAC numbers on back of check which got cleared..

and then, go you USCIS web site and look for current status ..

no, I did not send the checks. Thats where I missed. Attorneys sent the checks, I believe or my company. Otherwise, I wouldn't have worried at all. let me know if there is any other way.

Hey Cooldude,

I have sent my application 11/01 and INS received it on 11/03. My Attorny office received the Reciept Notices on 11/18 and the notice dates for all applications is 11/15.

Mailing date 11/01
INS receipt date: 11/03
INS Notice date:11/15
Receipt Notice received by Attorny: 11/18

Thanks wtg4gc, that helps me something to analyze the pattern. so I can expect it anytime soon this week. Or the attorneys might have received them last week?
