Receipt notice's "Received Date" is 5 months earlier that the actual filing date?

My employer just filed the complete I-140/I-485/AP/EAD concurrent application under EB-1B.
I've started getting the receipt notices for myself and the family (got 3 so far, AP for myself and I-485/AP for my daughter).
They all have the Notice Date as January 23, 2008 (just about right),
but the Received Date is August 23, 2007.
Is this a mistake?
Should I do anything about it?
Is it beneficial to me in any way (like jumping the line by 5 months?)
Please advise, and let me know if you had similar experience...

You should call USCIS and have it corrected. If your GC is approved in error (i.e. based on an earlier priority date), it can be revoked later.

I am just wondering whether it would make a big difference as EB1 is current for sometime. Neverthless it would be better to make it corrected for the record sake.
