Receipt Notices after 10 Weeks

Hello All

My attorney had just now mailed my adjustment paper. Also she is telling that it takes 10 WEEKS to get the receipt notice. I can\'t belive this. Is it true that it takes 10 Weeks for simply getting the receipt notice. Even if so how do they give the receipt no. Is it based on the time they received the package (from courier or USPS etc) or the day when they open the packet? Is it First-In-First-Out basic or some random basis.

10 weeks ???? there are people on this board who have been waiting for receipts since 13th April\'01.

WAC number is assigned on the basis of the ND which currently is 2 months past receive date. CSC is terrible these days..
