Receipt Notice from CSC

Hi,

Did anyone receive Receipt Notice from CSC for the cases filed around last week of February ?

Would really appreciate you could post your application date and receipt notice date.

I had my H1 extension petition submitted to INS CA thru my employer-attorney on Mar 3rd. I was told that, my attorney went in person to submit this application.

I got my receipt notice last week with

RD March 3rd
ND March 5th

But, I sent my wife's EAD extension on Jan 23rd and havent got any reply from INS CA and they havent encashed my check yet.

May be they are treating the applications differently, if it comes thru attorney.

They are just treating applications differently.

I sent application for Advance Parole without attorney and I got receipt notice with

RD March 6
ND March 13
 
EAD Renewal notice received

I mailed my EAD renewal application on 10h march 2003 and received my notice today(17th march 2003). Cheque encashed on 14th march 2003.

CSC is really working.
 
I just found out from my lawyer that the check was cashed on 11th March. But I still don't have my receipt notice.

Anyone whose application was sent around 10th Feb still waiting for reciept??

Attorney sent our EAD renewal application around 10 th Feb and we still haven't got the reciept.
Anyone around that date still waiting for reciept.
 
Yep, I sent both my wife and my EAD renewal on Feb 14, UPS indicated CSC received on Feb 19, and checks were cleared on March 4, sent a fax inquiry regarding to EAD receipts on Mar 7, and today Mar 19, still NOTTHING!!:mad:
 
Hog, can you tell me

what fax no did you fax to and what did you mention in the letter. Do you your WAC nos for the application. I dont and I was planning on faxing as well.
 
If your check is encashed

Hog,

If your check is encashed ask your bank to send a copy of the cleared check. On the back of the check you will find your receipt number. If it is DCU (Desi Credit Union) you can check it online.
