Receipt notice for I-140

Hi Folks

Can people please tell me how long it takes to get a receipt notice from NSC/TSC for concurrently filed EB1-OR I-140 and I-485. Its been 20 days and I havent gotten mine. To upgrade to premium processing, will a copy of I-140 be ok or should I wait for my receipt notice.

I have seen people posting 7 days to month for getting receipt!

takes a while

It has been 10 days since my EB-1 OR application was filed (concurrent filing). No receipt yet. Checks not cashed yet. My lawyer says that September is a busy time for USCIS, so it may take a good 3-4 weeks for getting the receipt.
I guess we have to be patient !

My package was received last Friday, the check cashed Wednesday, and I received the receipt yesterday (Thursday). My case is NIW/NSC/I140 only, though.
