Receipt/EAD Tracker NOVEMBER - 2001.

Please help out - my attorney says that they have not received the receipts ..

and I need to travel abroad - MD 11/20/01. I have been trying to get through to 802-527-4913 just to find out if the receipt is misplaced or on its way so that I can plan to travel. Any suggestions how to talk to IIO to find my status- please help out
 
Got 485 Receipt...

Recd for both primary and spouse. Below is the same info for both.
MD: 11/29/2001
RD: 12/3/2001
ND: 12/14/2001 (Received from the Attorney on 24th)
Receipt #: EAC-02-063-XXXXX

Who recieves the receipts? Attorney or us?

Hi guys...quick question: Where are the 485/EAD/AP receipts sent? Do we recieve them or is it sent to the attorneys? Thanx!

I got my receipts from Attorney. Some peoples are getting directly from INS. I don\'t know how it works, really.
 
Signature Card ???

When I filed for the I-485, I did not send my Signature Card, Has anyone done this, what happens in this case will INS scan my signature from the I-485 forms.

Got the details from my attorney this morning.
MD:11/20/01
RD:11/23/01
ND:12/12/01.

Checked the case status today in AVM. Says case not found.

Checks Encashed
Recieved Recipts for AOS, AP and EAD
AP Approved.. waiting for AP notice in mail

ND: 12/12/01 for I-485, EAD and AP.
