receipt dates

I got WAC number from my company yesterday and will be receiving the actual receipt from them in couple of days.
I had applied for my EAD and AP but received the receipt only for EAD. Dont know why!!!!!!!!!!!!
RD is 10/21/02 and ND is 10/24/02.
It seems INS is doing ok in issuing/sending receipts.
I had sent the papers a month and half back to my company and they/attorney were very active in sending those papers very soon (jerks!!) to INS.

I mailed my 765 renewal to CSC couple of weeks back and have not yet received the receipt notice. Do they have any backlogs in the mail room ?
Did they cash your check?
