Receipt Date on August filling H1 transfer?

Hi, My lawyer told me that on 8/3 they have file in my H1 transfer through premium processing.
I was told that 5 days after the filed petition USCIS will issue an email receipt, and I have not receive anything yet.

Can anyone please help to share the information such as recent date of filling and date of receiving the email receipt?

I have applied for my H1 extension 15 business days back through premium precess, untill now no reciept no approval!!!!! Has anyone applied lately and got approved????

H1 extension

Hi, everyone,
Is this thread alive? Why I can not review many reviews but 3 for 2006? I have filed my 3 year H1 extension from CA center, my notice date was June 1, but still didn't hear any thing from them yet although they just updated the process date as June 2 2006 on August 3. Is anyone in the same boat? Thank you so much for your help.

h-1 transfer....

My H-1B transfer was filed at Califonia INS center, and my receipt date is June 5, 2006. I have not heard anything from them and the status keeps on showing processing and a decision will be mailed as soon as it is made. So, if anyone in the same boat let me know.
